Two Meetings Reminder of the meetings in Suaimhneas on Monday and Tuesday of this coming week, 17 and 18 January, at 8:00 pm each night. We promise both meetings will not be more than one hour. All our present readers are asked to attend [Monday], and, also, any "lapsed" readers, who wish to be involved again, and, of course, we welcome new readers, regardless of gender or age. The same applies to stewards [Tuesday]. If you have been involved in this area in the past, please come along, and, of course, new volunteers will be very welcome. It would be much appreciated if all involved could attend as we would like uniformity, and, hopefully, too, we might learn from one another. On the following week, we invite ministers of the Eucharist and the altar society to similar meetings in Suaimhneas:
Again, it is important to have a full attendance to share views and to learn from one another. New members will be very welcome. |
Thank You In common with so many people around the world, you have been very generous towards the suffering people of South East Asia, in total, putting €6,110 in the church safe. Despite that you have not neglected contributions towards the cost of our new building, Suaimhneas. A number have sent in yearly [and more], many have sent in €20 for January. Thank you, also, for the Christmas Offerings. These offerings, with Easter and Autumn Offerings, support priests working in Galway diocese, as well as fifteen retired priests. |

The six-week course will start on Friday, 28 January, in the Oyster Manor Hotel, at 8:00 pm. For further details or to book in advance, contact Anne, at 086-8351230.
