Clarinbridge Church Feast Day

Monday, 4 April is the Feast of the Annunciation – the feast has been transferred from March 25th, which was Good Friday. Clarinbridge Parish Church is dedicated to this solemn feast. It would be nice if, those who are free, could come to Mass in the parish church on that morning, at 10:00 am – you are welcome.

Sincere thanks to parishioners, and, those who frequent our church, for your generosity on many fronts:

1. Trócaire: I place in first because it is the most important. The priests will not die of hunger if you never pay dues! "Suaimhneas" will not be demolished if you have no interest or appreciation of it! But, your contribution to Trócaire is terribly important – it will improve the quality of life for many, it will save lives. So, thank you, on behalf of those who will never get the opportunity to say "thanks" personally.
2. Easter Offerings: Many thanks for your generous support for serving priests and those retired.
3. "Suaimhneas": While many have forgotten about this fund [temporarily, we hope!], there has been an improvement in the numbers now helping pay back the debt. Thank you.

N.B. In a letter from Justin Kilcullen, Director of Trócaire, he expresses appreciation for the Lenten Appeal response, especially, a year when the tragedy of the tsunami in Asia occurred at such a close time to the Lenten campaign.
