Confirmation Bishop James McLoughlin will visit the parish next Wednesday, when he imparts the Sacrament of Confirmation to the sixth class pupils at 11:00 am [no 10:00 am Mass]. World Youth Day Pilgrimage, 2005 Cologne, August 15-22 An international gathering of young Catholics from all over the world. It is a week of prayer, celebration, joy and lots of fun! It is a special time when young Catholics meet other young Catholics and share their faith. It was originally initiated by the late Pope John Paul II. As he lay dying in Rome, he was told of the thousands of young people in St Peter's Square, and, he responded: "I have sought you out, and now you have come to me. I thank you".
